Are you struggling to find balance in your life after losing someone you love? Finding it impossible to imagine your future, never mind feeling optimistic about it? If you’ve lost someone close to you, whether a spouse, child, parent or friend, you may be feeling isolated with no one around you who understands the hopelessness and the deep hurt you are feeling.
GriefShare is a weekly support group that can be a help to you in this difficult and confusing time. In this 13-week group, you will meet with others who are experiencing these same issues. The top-notch videos on grief and recovery, as well as group discussion time will allow you to face your challenges and heartaches, and eventually move you toward rebuilding your life. Sessions are offered twice a year (Sep-Dec and Jan-Apr) on Fridays, 7-9 pm in the Resource Centre. You are welcome to begin attending at any time in the 13-week cycle.
