My name is Liz Froese and I have been a member of the Board of Overseers since October 2013, having previously served on the Board from 2006–2012. As a social worker, I have worked for Bethesda Community Services since 2003, and currently I am the administrator for one of their regional programs, the Southern Network of Specialized Care.
I am passionate about spreading the love and essence of God to nations around the world and at home. I am very passionate for Haiti as I lived there for three years working for Mennonite Central Committee. My favourite quote is, “Real religion, the kind that passes muster before God the Father is this: Reach out to the homeless and loveless in their plight, and guard against corruption from the godless world” (James 1:27). My Dream for Bethany is that we as a community of believers would fully grasp and live as members of God’s Kingdom.
