Jamie grew up in Brampton with his parents and three younger brothers. Family and faith in Jesus were significant aspects of life for Jamie and provided so much direction and support through the failures and hopes of growing up.
Jamie felt God’s call to ministry in high school and studied youth ministry at Tyndale College in Toronto. Over those years, he served in summer camps and in a Scarborough youth group, and in 2002 moved here to St. Catharines to serve as a youth pastor in a local church.
Jamie met his wife, Naomi, here in St. Catharines and they were married in 2004. Together they love connecting with people and sharing the love and hope that Jesus is. Their two daughters, Hailey and Emery, love creating, exploring and making forts out of all the couch cushions.
Jamie is glad to be able to serve at Bethany where he most enjoys helping others to experience the loving way that Jesus has gifted and called them to follow Him. He is grateful that he can journey with others toward finding and sharing the hope that Jesus is to all of us.
