Make sure that when you arrive at camp you have your litterless bagged lunch & snack periods, your hat, sunglasses & sunscreen for outdoor activities, comfortable shoes to run around in, a water bottle and whatever else you need to have the most fun ever! A change of clothes is recommended just in case things get messy! Please ensure all belongings you bring for the day are properly labeled with your first and last name. If there are specific items we need you to bring for a theme week or activity, we will let you know!

For our summer day camps, we offer a lunch program for families to opt into. Cost is $75 per child ($15 a day) and covers all lunches, morning and afternoon snack periods. Featuring a rotating lunch menu that includes Pasta & Chicken, Burgers, Club Wraps, Turkey Sandwiches, Potato & Sausage, Pizza, and Tortellini. You can select Lunch Program as an add-on during registration. *A minimum number of campers are required each week for this program to move forward.

Camp fees will be refunded less a $20 administration charge, prior to the Monday before the start of your scheduled week of camp. After that, fees will be refunded less a $50 charge.

We have space for 100 campers. This allows us to provide the best possible experience for all of our campers. Once we reach our limit of registrations, a waitlist will be available, and in the event of an opening, we will start contacting those from the waitlist

Of course! There is a section on the registration form to provide the first and last name of a buddy you’d like to be paired with. Please make sure your buddy also lists you, so we get the correct match!

We offer a multi-child discount for families signing up 3+ children. First two children enrol at full-price; any more children receive $25 off/per child. When registering your 3rd or more child from the same household, use the code BIGFAMILY to receive your discount.

Limited subsidy scholarships are also available! During registration please fill out the required questions, pay the deposit, and someone will get in touch with you. If you’re not able to leave the deposit by debit/credit, email camp@bethanycc.ca and someone will connect with you.

We modelled our tuck shop on the typical camp tuck experience and we offer a variety of sweets and treats ranging from $0.50-$2.00. During morning break, campers will choose their tuck, which will be delivered to their Home Base for the afternoon snack.

Camp is busy, active and full of sounds. We recognize that some children need extra support in these types of environments. Unfortunately, due to the size of our camp, we can’t guarantee the 1:1 support necessary. We encourage families to make arrangements for a Support Worker to attend camp with a child at their own expense.

We have an enthusiastic, hardworking team of summer staff who are committed to providing your child the absolutely best camp experience possible with memories to last a lifetime. All staff have extensive pre-program training, on-going development, and evaluations. We also have a number of volunteers assisting our staff. Both staff and volunteers have completed reference and police checks.
