Bethany is a family, a family that expects guests! We want to welcome all who enter our doors, online or in-person with the love of Jesus!
ROLE PURPOSE
We're looking for energetic, friendly and hospitable people who will welcome new people and regular attenders each Sunday so that they feel a sense of belonging, receive opportunities for connection and ultimately know they matter to God.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Each week our welcoming team sets up in Foyer, greets at our Foyer doors, serves coffee in our indoor and outdoor cafe (May-Sep), helps connect people and answer questions at our Welcome Centre and ushers people to their seats in the Auditorium. We are also looking for volunteers to begin a parking ministry in our parking lot. The team also is knowledgeable about next steps at Bethany and connects with our first-time guests.

Training
We provide intro training and group training at various times throughout the year.
Hangouts
Our teams enjoy getting to know one another as they serve together alongside our awesome volunteer leaders each week.
COMMITMENT LEVEL
Regular serving time is: Sunday mornings from 8 am - 11:45 am, once every 4-6 weeks.
